The cake looked beautiful, and the packaging was very attractive. Taste was okay. I say just okay because the aftertaste of erythritol is not pleasant. I would use monk fruit sugar instead. All other sugar alternatives are bitter. Overall it was a great keto-friendly cake! 😊

Since I recently started a low-carb diet, I figured I'd try one of Ketodelia's cakes when it was my turn to provide snacks for my weekly bridge club. I brought a Buttercream Pecan Bliss Chaffle Cake, which drew praise all around and queries about where to get it. The lady who brought my cake when I picked it up at the bakery was friendly and helpful. The cake itself is gorgeous and I love the fact that it's keto and sugarfree! My son is on a keto diet for seizures so it's very important to have only sugarfree, keto cakes in our house. Finally, I love the taste of this cake. It's not too sweet with a soft and creamy texture. Highly recommended!
